Victory in S.C. Court of Appeals

HR&S associate Sarah Larabee achieved victory February 23, 2022 in the S.C. Court of Appeals for a client of the firm. In addition for restoring this case to an active trial roster, the legal victory means the Palmetto state now recognizes derivative claims for legal malpractice. The firm is so proud of Sarah!
